The Web Animations specification has moved from:

  https://w3c.github.io/web-animations/

to:

  https://drafts.csswg.org/web-animations/

We should update all the specification links in MDN accordingly.

I have fixed the spec reference in the macro that generates all the specification table links:

https://github.com/mdn/kumascript/pull/547

Once this PR is merged, the changes should start to propagate to the site sometime after that. I've also had a look over most of the WAA pages on MDN, and it doesn't look like there are any other spec links to change. Saying that, if you do find any in your travels, let me know, or feel free to fix them if you like.
