Details
(Keywords: hang)
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.0rc1)
Gecko/20020417
BuildID: 20002041712
Every few days Mozilla will get trapped in the spinning cursor of death.
It is entirely unpredictable and is not associated with any URL or other
application.
The entire system is locked up. There is no response to the keyboard or the mouse.
The only way out is a hard reset, which results in damage to the directory.
Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
Steps to Reproduce:
Occurs entirely at random. Can't reproduce.
Mike, next time this happens, use the Sampler application included in the OS X
developer tools on Mozilla and attach the report.

Mike, is this still a problem with more recent builds?
Are you sure you're not able to force-quit (Command+option+Esc) Mozilla when
this happens? Have you used a disk diagnostic utility to ensure you have no disk
volume or file problems, or other system trouble?
