User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0
Build ID: 20171219100203
Steps to reproduce:
Keeping [mydomain.]slack.com opened for few hours.
Actual results:
Memory usage (resident) of the main process goes to few GBs – nearly 40% of my RAM. This does not happen with the same browser usage when I do not have my team's Slack page opened.
Memory usage is not reduced after clicking "Minimize memory usage" in about:memory.
Expected results:
Slack.com should not cause high memory usage or at least it should go down after closing its tab.

Heap unclassified is super high.
> 1,191.36 MB (100.0%) -- explicit

It looks like you have quite a few extensions, is it possible to test in safe mode to see if you can reproduce? Also can you get us a list of extensions from about:support?
