The woo_mailer currently sends email to dev-tree-alerts. I'm going to post there suggesting that the reports be discontinued...if no one objects, let's close it down, as recently discussed.

There has been no follow-up on dev.tree-alerts. I have removed woo_mailer from the brasstacks crontab.
I'm leaving the woo_mailer source code in place, but it is unused now. If we want to re-activate the mailere, a simple update to the crontab is all that's needed.
