== Steps to reproduce ==

Android 7.1.1, Samsung Note 8 and Firefox 57.0.1 for Android and Focus:

1. Login to support.mozilla.org
2. Tap on "3 line" Menu and then Ask a Question
3. Slide over Products and then Tap on "Firefox Fire TV"
4. Tap on "Fix problems"

== Expected Result ==

AAQ Continues

== Actual Result ==

Blank screen with just "Ask a Question" and 3 line menu on top

At least KB article needs to be available in the topic to appear correctly. I assigned the default Firefox for Fire TV article for now. You can make any other changes through the admin panel.
