A flash inside a div is always visible despite the div's visibility attribute. I
will attach a test case.

This should be mostly fixed on the trunk. Please try with a recent build. The
patches have not hit the 1.0 branch yet as they have only been approved by ADT
for RTM. :(

On Mac, this was completely fixed with bug 137230. On Windows, this was partly
fixed with bug 129306. What's left on Windows is bug 137231, plugins are not
showing if they start out hidden.
