Works for me. The page takes a long time to load, but once that's done, it does scroll down to the respective anchor. Please test the latest Nightly in a brand new profile.

This long time to load is because of long load https://ipv4.v6test.develooper.com/js/v1/v6test.js
while FF still shows that page is loading the body of the page is loaded and you can just scroll down to #might_have
and read the interesting paragraph without wait when page is loaded and scrolled down automatically.
So the question: Why FF force me to wait something when content is ready and I can read it?
You also may workaround autoscroll down without waiting the page load:
1. go to address bar
2. Hit enter
As result the page willbe scrolled to desired anchor and still display marker that page still loading.
PS. The problem appears only when "third" resource still is not loaded.
I can not reproduce the behavior today because there is no timeout for loading of https://ipv4.v6test.develooper.com/js/v1/v6test.js today ((
But this case is not only case when I faced this problem

FF also can wait forever and do not display main content if third party resource is not available

Here yastatic.net is site statistics (maybe like google adwords).
If site statistics and/or adds can not be loaded this should not stop displaying site page
