Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to http://www.slate.com/blogs/watching_fox/2017/10/26/hannity_is_a_nightly_recruitment_video_for_the_cult_of_donald_trump.html
2. Wait until page is finished loading
Actual results:
Page continues to take up 50% or more CPU on a Dell XPS 9650 with an i7-7700HQ. No user activity is required.
Expected results:
Minimal CPU use, fans should not kick in.
Performance profile: https://perfht.ml/2zXsz78
I'm running the latest Nightly on Ubuntu.
