1427733 - Cannot add custom permissions for project

A past contributor asked me he would like to start localizing again (yay!) and for that he needs to become a translator for the 'lightning' project.

So I went on to our language permissions page (https://pontoon.mozilla.org/eu/permissions/) and added custom permissions for Lightning using the dropdown at the bottom right corner. Then I selected this particular user's email, added it in the 'Translators' column and clicked the 'Save' button. The action reported that changes were successfully saved.

I let the translator know he could start localizing, unfortunately he reported back that he was only able to suggest translations. I checked the permissions page again and the permissions were gone! So I tried to add them again but the end result was the same.

As a side note, and while this bug is triaged/fixed, it'd greatly help if some Pontoon admin could adjust the permissions for us. Thanks!

No luck as an admin either :-\

Reverting https://github.com/mozilla/pontoon/commit/2aa697c64aae3c617cc9af518015ff7b49f2aa59 fixes this.
