Up until now, ScreenGraph.swift has been a large monolithic file designed for easy source file copying between projects.
With Carthage compatibility and its own repo, we should optimize for something else (e.g. contributor understanding, ease of documentation).
This bug covers the work to split the ScreenGraph into multiple files.
It should also be a prompt to start reviewers thinking about class names (esp. prefix names).
