Details

Device:
 - Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 (Android 7.0);

Steps to reproduce:
 1. Open FF and go to facebook.com; 
 2. Open a new tab and tap on the Facebook tile in Top Sites.

Expected result:
 Seeing as a tab with facebook.com is already opened it should switch to that tab. 

Actual result:
 Facebook is loaded in the newly opened tab

Notes:
 Switch to tab works in bookmarks and history without any issues, as well as the highlights section from Top Sites.
This isn't a critical crasher so it's unlikely I'll get to it.

I will close this issue as WORKSFORME, hence it is not reproducible anymore.
Tested on HTC Desire 820 (Android 6.0.1) and One Plus 5T (Android 8.1.0), on the latest Nightly 65.0a1 (2018-12-03), Beta 64.0b15 and Release 63.0.2.
