Sorry, that summary is awful. Using 200205004: Steps: 1. Go to the mentioned url 2. Put the cursor over the scroll bar of the "Component" list box. 3. Scroll the mouse wheel. Result: The page does not scroll, even no form element is focused. This will not happen if the cursor is over the rest of the list box, or if it is over a list box scrollbar that has no handle (ie. not many items) such as the one to the left.

Possibly related, but that seems to be more to do with the wrong thing being scrolled, in this case nothing is scrolled at all.
marking as a duplicate. there is discussion in the other bug of nothing scrolling - all depends on driver/mouse combinations. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 33732 ***
