Details

This is a recent (1 or 2 days) regression. Single left-clicking on the Bookmarks menu in the Personal Toolbar and then moving the mouse pointer into the newly-opened menu turns into a drag operation (the cursor changes into the plus sign and a floating document is drawn, etc). Sometimes it can be very difficult to cancel that with the Escape key. Repeat by:
1) single left-click on Bookmarks in personal toolbar 2) move mouse over newly opened menu The Bookmarks menu in the main menu bar doesn't have this problem.
