Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Nightly 59.0a1 (2018-01-04) (64-bit) on macOS with clean profile 2. Long press new tab "+" button 3. Choose "Personal" to open personal container tab 4. Long press new tab "+" button 5. Choose "Manage containers" 6. Click "Preferences" for "Personal" 7. Choose red for "Color" 8. Click "Done" Actual result: current tab's underline's color keeps blue Expected result: current tab's underline's color changes to red

Edited summary -- it doesn't seem to change _ever_, not just "immediately". Maybe after a restart/update it would change open tabs; I didn't test that. This seems like a "nice to have" but not urgent.
