Details

We want to deploy and use remotefilelog (enables shallow and narrow clone) in Firefox CI so `hg clone` and `hg pull` operations become a lot more efficient. This will in of itself make Firefox CI faster and more efficient. It will also enable us to lean more heavily on version control in CI, enabling us to replace e.g. test archives with version control without fears of VCS overhead.
