1428808 - Pressing Tab while adding/editing a Top Site causes elements to disappear

[Prerequisites]:
- Have a clean new profile.

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites and open a new tab.
2. Click the Top Sites Edit button
3. Click the Edit button for one of the Top Sites.
4. Click the Title field and press the Tab key.
5. Cancel the action and repeat Step 3 & 4.
6. Observe the behavior.
 
[Expected results]:
- The focus is changed to the URL field.

[Actual results]:
- The Title field disappears.

- The issue is not reproducible with "layout.display-list.retain" set to false.

I can no longer reproduce this with the patch for bug 1427914.
