Details
We need a mochitest which tries to do screen sharing with simulcast turned on.
In ideal case we might even want to test both of these scenarios:
- A fresh PeerConnection only with screen share and simulcast turned on
- Add screen sharing with simulcast to an existing video call with simulcast
