Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Nightly
2. Install "Nightly Tester Tools"
3. Close about:addons page if it is opened
4. Navigate to "Nightly Tester Tools" icon -> Select menu "Options..." -> Options page will be opened
5. Click "Remove" button in options page (not add-ons list page)
Actual results:
In step 5, nothing happen. But, if navigate to add-ons list page manually, "Nightly Tester Tools" is awaiting "Undo".
Expected results:
In step 5, "Nightly Tester Tools" icon is gone from nav-bar, the options page is closed and switch to add-ons list page. "Nightly Tester Tools" is awaiting "Undo".
