142947 - Entire Browser Closes instead of a Tabbed Window

First, I'm not sure where this bug goes.....

When using Tabbed browsing and a request to "top.window.close()" the entire
browser   window is closed, I guess as it should in "Non Tabbed" Browser Windows.
However it is inappropriate while using Tabbed browsing (I do by default) as
each Tab would contain pages that are not relevant to the active Tab.
So the end affect is similar to closing all windows when browsing.
It would be more appropriate, when using tabbed browsing to only close the
relevant(usually active) "Tab" when a "window.close()" or similar is requested
set either by default for tabbed browsing or as an option.
