Forgot to fix the issue before sending a PR for Bug 1428641.
STR:
1. Open the Requests quick look dropdown
2. Click the See All link
Actual result:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/request.cgi?action=queue&requestee=kohei.yoshino%40gmail.com&group=requestee
Expected result:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/request.cgi?action=queue&requestee=kohei.yoshino%40gmail.com&group=type
Still, the background fetch request should have `group=requestee` in the query.
