Printing a web page with custom background and font colors (i.e. white (or other
light color) on blue) should print black text on no background, otherwise the
output is hard to read.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. find a web page with a light text color on dark background
2. print it
3.
Actual Results: hard to read print out
Expected Results: Recolured the text to black.
