Details

We should have CI tests for mbsdiff and mbspatch. Adding: Newly build mbsdiff, patch with newly build mbspatch - verifies they're working as a self contained unit. Newly build mbsdiff, with central-latest mbspatch - verifies that at least one previous updater should be able to use these patch files
