When you copy or cut a bookmark, you seem to only be able to paste to a folder,
not to insert amongst other bookmarks.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Bookmarks -> manage bookmarks
2.cut any bookmark
3.paste somewhere else
Actual Results: nothing
Expected Results: inserted bookmark
This was recently fixed in the newest builds by bug 129428. Reopen if you are
seeing this in a more recent build.
