We still have bug 1396984, which I haven't got to the bottom of yet, but I don't think we have any of the performance regressions we seem to have for Mac and Linux. (Although it's a bit difficult to tell with some of the noisier tests.)
So, I'm going to land this Nightly-only on Windows, to see if we get more reports of bug 1396984 and any other new regressions.
