1431032 - YouTube links opened from external app in Browser don't play automatically

Environment: 
Device: Huawei Honor (Android 5.1.1), Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (Android 7.0);
Build: 59.0a1.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure Allow autoplay in ON in Advanced Settings Category;
2. Long tap on a youtube video from Gmail;
3. Open in Browser -> Firefox Nightly.

Expected result:
Video automatically starts to play.

Actual result:
Video doesn't start to play automatically, video controls are displayed, after the 'Play' button is tapped the video starts to play.

Notes:
 - Reproducible also with PWA and Custom Tabs, only with YouTube links.
