For send to device widget on snippets, we will need an email basket id, SMS basket id, email set up (for ID and EN), SMS set up (for ID and EN). We currently point users to the Google Play store from snippets but we know that experience sees lower conversions than if we did a send to device (allowing users to send themselves a text or email so they can download the mobile app from their mobile device). >> What are the perceived benefits to changing the process?
