Details
We have ec2-manager using postgres now, and will soon have more critical runtime data on postgres (queue, auth). We should have a way to back that sort of thing up.

Heroku does this for us, but we'll need to support it in an r13y context.

Now that we have pro's hosting TC, this is a responsibility of those teams. Backups are pretty easy :)
