Steps To Reproduce:
0. Set gfx.webrender.all to true and restart
1. Open https://bug1239037.bmoattachments.org/attachment.cgi?id=8707024
2. Rotate mouse wheel
Actual Results:
Flash Player image was not updated.
Expected Results:
Details and Event Count should update every rotation of the wheel.
