https://github.com/relud/telemetry-sample now includes a Cloud Dataflow job that can read from pubsub and write to bigquery, in theory. I haven't been able to test the bigquery output properly yet, because of billing complications.
I am able to perform etl from pubsub to bigquery using the dataflow job in https://github.com/relud/telemetry-sample
