User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.109 Safari/537.36 Build ID: 20180103231032 Steps to reproduce: Opened: Tools -> Show All Bookmarks (Library) Actual results: The Library opened in a separate window. Expected results: Edit -> Preferences used to be opened in a window in older Firefox versions, but now it's opened in a tab. I think the Library should open in a tab as well. The add-on More In Content UI + (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/more-in-content-ui-plus/) is 4 years old so it will likely not be rewritten as a WebExtension.
