1432112 - Remove the Move Bookmarks dialog

The move bookmarks dialog (available from "Show All Bookmarks" -> Cog menu -> Move...) was only really for a11y purposes.

However, there's a few know issues with how it works (e.g. bug 433795).

Having discussed with Marco & David there is no need for it as cut/copy/paste work fine for keyboard accessibility. Hence, we should just remove it rather than fixing it up and maintaining it.

Sticking as P2 as we should do it soon to avoid the maintenance costs.

I have reproduced this bug with Nightly 59.0a1 (2018-01-22)on Windows 10 , 64 Bit ! 

This bug's fix is Verified with latest Nightly !

I have reproduced this bug with Nightly 59.0a1 (2018-01-22) on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS!
This bug's fix is verified with latest Nightly!

I successfully reproduced this issue on Firefox Nightly 60.0a1 (2018-01-22) under Windows 10 (x64).

The issue is fixed on Firefox 60.0b9 and latest Nightly 61.0a1 (2018-04-03) under Windows 10 (x64), Ubuntu 16.04 (x64) and macOS 10.12.
