Environment: 
Device: Huawei Honor (Android 5.1.1), Huawei Honor 8(Android 7.0);
Build: Nightly 59.0a1 (2018-01-22);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable Custom Tab;
2. Open News&Weather app;
3. Observe CustomTab toolbar.

Expected result:
Close button, share and three dots menu have the same size.

Actual result:
Low resolution for share button and the icon is bigger.
