Details

(Whiteboard: [fxsearch])

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0
Build ID: 20180105065505

Steps to reproduce:

This is with the 59 nightly build downloaded today

- open a website in a first tab (e.g. perdu.com)
- press control-l to get the focus in the url bar
- open another website in another tab (e.g. mozilla.org)
- press control-l to get the focus in the url bar
- press control-pageup to get back to the previous tab

Actual results:

Orca announces the change of URL before the change of selected tab.

Expected results:

The change of selected tab should be announced before the change of URL.
Note: if the focus was not in the URL bar, the change of selected tab is properly announced before the notification of the newly focused document element (that part was fixed in the context of Bug #1260598).
