Need to localize the Marketplace shutdown message 26th-Jan: Message in an unmissable spot on Marketplace "The Marketplace will shut down on March 30th, 2018. If there are any apps that you would like, and have not downloaded yet, please do so before March 30, 2018. See the wiki for more background."

the top 7 there gets 83% of users: en-US, es, fr, ja, de, pt-br and ro
Apologies to everyone who has offered localizations, but the final text has changed a little, and is in bug 1433481.
Can we close this bug now? There are several bugs on localizing strings, I am not sure which one tracks the progress. I know l10n is complete.
