I am sorry, but I was unable to decompose this bug any further.
Load the attachment in apprunner (build 1999091608).
Now, look at the cell to the left, in which the image is supposed to appear. It
should have exactly the same size as the image, which is 140px, but it's way
larger. This has got to do with the width in the next cell, which is set to
100%. Shouldn't the absolute value override the relative value (as in NS 4.61)?
Another interesting case is the <IFRAME>. Delete the tag and take a look a the
now rendered table. The second cell is way to small. It should be be
760px-140px(-some px the border takes away).

It also works correctly if you delete the table in the last row. It should
exactly fill in the table, but it seems, that it expands the table by several
px.

Summary: weird calculation of cell widths → WIDTH="100%" does not enlarge table cell to correct size

WIDTH="100%" should increase a cell horizontally to fill as much of the table
as possible. However, in this test case an empty white space is left between
the contents of the first cell and the border of the second cell, containing
the WIDTH="100%" attribute.

The 1st attachment is better now. The 2nd one looks similar to Nav4.6 as well.
There is one remaining compatibility issue in that Nav4.6 bases the
percentage width of the nested table in attachment 1 [details] [diff] [review] on the top level table
thereby increasing the top level table beyond its specified width. This should
probably be another (compatibility) bug.
