1433586 - Custom searches are gone

Description

STR:
  Scroll to the bottom of any bug page.

Expected results:
  There is a footer listing custom searches that you've saved,
  which you can invoke by clicking on them.

Actual results:
  The footer and custom searches are gone.

I had 10+ custom searches defined there. I hope they aren't gone...

I now see the custom searches are there if you click on the search field.

That's fine, except it's not obvious (I didn't think to look there until someone told me). Perhaps we can do something to make it more obvious?

I agree; while I like it there for a few reasons, it's not obvious if you're used to the old way.  Maybe the placeholder text could include "Click for saved searches" or something like that?
