A new bookmark was created under "Other Bookmarks"

I have been using Firefox for many years, and love it for its simplicity and transparency, also regarding bookmarks.

When creating a new bookmark, I think it should be put under "Bookmarks Menu" by default. This way, new bookmarks are instantly findable, and not hidden in "Other Bookmarks", which is the default behavior for new bookmarks.

I would like to suggest this behavior, when adding a new bookmark:

1. CTRL+D is pressed, or the Star-icon or "Bookmark this page" is clicked
2. The new bookmark is added under "Bookmarks Menu" (the folder show when pressing ALT+B)

Perhaps an option under about:config could be added, to allow changing the default folder for new bookmarks from "Other Bookmarks" to "Bookmarks Menu", or whatever the individual user prefer?

Alternatively, the new bookmark could be created in the folder where the previous new bookmark was created?

Either the about:config or last saved folder would be acceptable solutions for me.

PS. Here are some Firefox user who agree that "Other Bookmarks" shouldn't necessarily be the default folder: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/default-bookmark-folder/reviews/
(NOTE: The Default Bookmark Folder add-on doesn't work for me, and works very slowly.)
