This is looking tricky. GetSettings returns a copy of an `mSettings` member of the base class of the (2 levels-down subclass) camera source which knows about the different gUM requests. This is getting fixed in bug 1299515 so this bug would be solely for an uplift for 59, which reduces the usefulness and increases the risk quite a bit.
