[Affected versions]: Nightly 56.0a1 [Affected platforms]: Platforms: Windows 10 x 64, Mac OS X 10.12 and Ubuntu 16.04 x64. [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Launch Firefox. 2. Open the Library (Ctrl+Shift+B /Ctrl+Shift+O for Ubuntu) or open the Library from the Bookmarks Menu by accessing Show All Bookmarks. [Expected result]: The Library window is opened, with All Bookmarks selected by default. [Actual result]: "Other Bookmarks" is selected in library.

This is intentional - since it is where bookmarks are put by default. All Bookmarks doesn't contain bookmarks themselves and has been found to be confusing to users. See also bug 1098468 for more information where this was implemented. I don't think we're likely to change this at the moment.
