[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Firefox with a new profile
2.Enable the Bookmarks Sidebar
3.Expand the Bookmarks Toolbar entry from the sidebar.
4.Navigate to a webpage
5.Drag&drop the Tab Bar into the Bookmarks Toolbar sidebar

[Expected results]: 
The website should be added to the Bookmarks sidebar without issues

[Actual results]: 
The highlight line between bookmarks sites does not disappear

[Note]:
The issue is intermittent
Reproducible also on Beta 59.0b4

I can reproduce something like this. For me, if I drag an entry in the Bookmarks Toolbar tree around, the highlight line you mention can get stuck on, though it resets if I move my mouse away.

This seems more likely to be a front-end styling issue, though, so let's check that first.
