With unified bar we need to rethink the message we are showing
“Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site. We can’t connect to the server at www.date.gettime.
If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:....”
to something that helps users with these unruly search strings, may be something like
“Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.
Did you mean to search date.getTime?
We can’t connect to the server at www.date.gettime. If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:...”
where search date.getTime is a link or button that queries '?date.getTime'
As discussed in bug 1432876, creating UX enhancement bug to handle error messaging as suggested that caters to failed unified bar searches.

So this seems pretty much a duplicate of bug 1080682, we don't need to enhance the error message here because we've fixed the underlying issue.
