Device: Samsung S7 Edge (Android 7.0) LG G4 (Android 5.1) Build: Nightly 60.0a1 (2018-01-30); Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to Settings>Advanced and set Media autoplay toggle off. 2. Go to twitch.tv and pick a live video. 3. Tap to play the video. Expected result: The video should start playing. Actual result: The twitch.tv videos just keep loading and don't start playing.
