Discussed during the pi-request meetings.
A potential source of errors is if something else has grabbed the camera while the device was turned off due to disabled and the application tries to enable it again. On Windows and Linux this would fail since only one process may use the camera at a time.
Adding telemetry for these errors, including a reference point of how many times a device has been turned off would be helpful.
