WebRTC calls are blocked by block-autoplay.

This is confusing, as often I open appear.in by fetching the URL from my awesomebar history.

Maybe we should probably treat pages that have had permission to use the camera/mic granted as being approved for audible autoplay?

Sounds sensible. As a heads up, there's some machinery around testing that skips autoplay prompts (like this [0]). Depending on what we implement we'll need to manage these cases also.
