Importing a tree of mail from outlook (2000 from office sb sr1 on windows 2000
sp2) folders works fine and no error is produced although the import missed all
folders containing an "/" in their name.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.create an folder with a "/" in its name anywhere in your outlook structure
2.import these messages via tools/import in mail&news


Actual Results:  voíla, mail&news import wizard reports "successfull" import.
Nevertheless, folders are missing

Expected Results:  voíla, mail&news import wizard reports "successfull" import.
No folders are missing

the dropdown for "Mail & News"on this page
(http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/bugzilla-helper.html) doesn't contain the
"Import" component as opposed to the specified help page.

There are a few bugs related to not being able to create local folders with
special chars (for example, bug 120559) and we'll have to deal with them all at
the same time. So it's a general folder creation problem and not caused by the
import code.

in bug 131013, use in addition gets an error message, but the problem is the same.
resolving as dup.
