User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0
Build ID: 20180201171410

Steps to reproduce:

Load into flash version of vmware vcenter server 6.5 web client on flash interface. Attempt to edit settings of a vm or open any dialog that accepts keyboard input. Have duplicated this on 58.x and 59.x versions. Flash version is 28 - site is whitelisted in flash allow.

Actual results:

Keyboard typing is not accepted into the box - nothing happens. Switching to a different tab or a different program and then re-entering the vcenter tab allows keyboard input to be accepted.

Expected results:

Should be able to type in fields without changing to a different tab.

I am also experiencing this issue. The only way to fix it at this time is to install the 32bit version of Firefox.
Flash version: 30.0.0.113
Firefox Version: Beta 61.0 (64-bit)

This doesn't affect just vSphere but affects all Flash applications. Any ETA on a fix? I know Flash isn't scheduled to be dropped until 2020, and it is needed unfortunately in corporate environments.

Adobe Flash is no longer supported.
