Details

When the user changes Themes (Preferences | Appearance | Themes) and clicks
<OK>, Moz displays:
"Theme changes will take effect when you restart Mozilla."

NEEDED
1) At least change the text to the following:
"Theme changes take effect after restarting Mozilla *and* QuickLaunch."

2) Also very useful would be to include the functionality for the following
buttons:
       <Restart Now> <I'll Restart Mozilla & QuickLaunch later>

WHY?
1) Unless you have some understanding of *how* QuickLaunch works, which most
users won't have, then there is no reason to think that QuickLaunch has anything
to do with changing Themes.

2) Users may have trouble figuring out how to restart QuickLaunch. Therefore,
Moz needs to do it automatically.
I'm looking at RC2 (2002051006) on Win2K
