1436085 - Web Authentication - Remove hard-coded support for U2F Google Accounts

Per the Intent-to-Ship for supporting Google Accounts via U2F [1], this bug is to remove the hard-coded search added to the Web Authentication U2F facet extension algorithm.

This work should be done no later than 2023, and if possible in 2020. A follow-on to this may want to add telemetry to help choose the removal date.

Attachment: Bug 1436085 - Web Authentication - Remove remains of hard-coded support for U2F Google Accounts.

The support was actually removed in bug 1406471, but the constants
remained unused.
