1436825 - create custom dashboard for motionmark 20 subtests so we can see them over time easily

Motionmark is a benchmark that is important to the graphics team and while we will report alerts on the summary from perfherder, it is unrealistic to report on all changes for each of the 20 subtests that run.

Knowing that we need a way to provide graphs that are easy to read for the graphics team so they can see the subtest data easily.

The devtools team has worked on a similar problem for their 'damp' test:

We also have other dashboard where we can view many different datapoints and series in a short amount of screen real estate.

the last day of March we finally got the data on all platforms landed- we can work on making sure when there is 7+ days of data that it looks good and has a way to view the data- Armen has done some initial work on this- I imagine we can have the rest of it done in the coming few weeks.
