I test on  2002041171(mzilla 0.9.9),The Imported IE Favorite Function only see
the the chinese Big5 folder,the big5/gb bookmark name became
e.g:--%20%B2%D7%B7%A5%BD%D7%BE%  
I try Add below mozill plugin change the interface language,but also can't slove
this problem...!!
Apperance>Languages/Content/Traditional Chinese TW{zh-tw}
Navigator>Languages/Traditional Chinese TW{zh-tw}

And then ...I test on  2002031104(mzilla 1.0)get below plugin also can't slove
the bookmark problem too..
Apperance>Languages/Content/Not release
Navigator>Languages/Traditional Chinese TW{zh-tw}

Hope fix this bug future...Thx you^^

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run on Traditional Windosws System
2.Have big5/gb bookmark name IE Favorite
3.Mozilla will see the e.g:--%20%B2%D7%B7%A5%BD%D7%BE%  bookmark name

duplicate of bug 127476, which is now fixex.
If you download a new build: See bug 127476 comment 45 on how to re-import the
IE favorite bookmarks so they display properly.
